How To Change Registered Mail ID

To update Email ID

Click On link http://qk.nirmalbang.com/ Following page will open.

If you are new user, click on New User.

If you forgot your password, click on Forget Password.

Following page will get open.

Enter the details and click Submit button.

You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number and Email Id.

Enter the OTP and click Submit.

You will get a password changed successfully pop-up.

Login page will appear, enter Client code and Password and click Submit.

Following page will open

For updating Email ID, click on Change Request.

Select Change Type as Email and select Segment.

Then Press Go.

Enter New Email and Retype New Email.

Then click Proceed for OTP.

OTP will be sent on your registered mobile number. Press OK

Enter the OTP below and press Submit.

Your Email ID will get updated in next 2 working days.

Note:-You cannot change your mail id and Mobile number at same time.

How to update Email ID and Mobile number through Beyond 2.0

Login into Beyond application, Click on Menu and tap on Reports & Portfolio.



Go to Mail and Change Request.

Click on Change Mobile/Email.

Click on Change Type, select Email.

Select Segment.

Enter New Email and Retype New Email. Click on Proceed for OTP.

OTP will be sent on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and press Submit.

Your Email ID will get updated in next 2 working days.

In same way you can change your phone number

Note: - You cannot change your Mobile number and Mail id at the same time.
